Open Positions
Head Teller (Kent)
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the teller staff. Ensures compliance with bank policies and procedures. Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of all teller positions responsibilities including various responsibilities assigned to subordinates. Develops and mentors current and new staff members to increase efficiency and limit customer wait time.
BSA/AML Specialist (Ravenna)
Plays a crucial role in safeguarding the bank from financial crimes by ensuring compliance with BSA, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and fraud prevention regulations. This position focuses on detecting, investigating, mitigating, and reporting fraudulent transactions across all delivery channels including but not limited to ATM, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Checks, Wire Transfers, ACH, or any other Negotiable instruments. This position utilizes knowledge based on experience to research possible fraud and system issues related to all banking transactions including online and mobile banking transactions. Reviews and analyzes accounts and customer situations that may require specialized mitigation tools or a high level of knowledge and expertise relative to changes in the evolution of payment systems and electronic banking environments.
Operations Specialist (Ravenna)
In this role, you're responsible for providing daily assistance and diversified operational support to offices and departments throughout the bank. Duties include, but are not limited to, general ledger reconciliation, daily exception processing of rejected items, NSF items, chargebacks, wires, maintenance of accounts, branch cash and teller difference research.
