Commercial Lenders Who Care
The commercial lender team at PCB are very involved throughout the community.
Eric Decker, Chief Lending Officer, is the Past President of Main Street Kent, where over the course of 8 years assisted with the Non-Profits growth and garnering recognition as one of the State of Ohio's strongest Main Street Programs. Eric has also served on the Ohio Banker's League NextGen Advisory Board which helps engage today's younger bankers and provides them with career guidance, leadership skills, and networking opportunities to further their banking careers. Eric presently serves as Vice President of the Portage Foundation Board where he assists the organization to inspire philanthropy, build endowments, and impact causes and leadership engagement within Portage County. He also serves as a Trustee on the Portage Development Board and the City of Kent Ohio's Revolving Loan Fund Board both of which enhance and contribute to the Economic Vitality of Portage County.
Lisa Ohler, Vice President, serves as a Board Member and Past President of the Downtown Cuyahoga Falls Partnership. She is an active member of the Western Reserve Community fund loan committee, member of Leadership Akron Class 40, and a member of the Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce. Lisa has previously volunteered on the Board of Trustees for the Summit County CASA program, The Welcoming Workforce Coalition, CREW of Greater Akron and the American Heart Association.
Sara McCarty, Vice President, currently serves on the Ohio Bankers League NextGen Advisory Board as Vice Chair and is a 2023 Graduate of the Ohio Banker's League Leadership Institute. In addition to being involved with the OBL, she is a 2022 graduate of Leadership Portage County. She is also a member of Alloy Development's Project Review Committee for Ohio, Kentucky and Southeast and was recognized in early 2024 as Alloy's Banking Advocate of the Year. She is involved in Ravenna and Rootstown Chambers of Commerce and volunteers for The United Way of Portage County, The Center of Hope, the Akron Canton Foodbank, the Windham Food Pantry, and the Salvation Army.
Greg Dostal, Vice President currently serves as the Board President of Coach Sam’s Scholars, a literacy focused not-for-profit founded by former Cleveland Browns coach Sam Rutigliano and is a member of the Kent Chamber of Commerce. Greg is certified as a Certified Treasury Professional through the Association of Financial Professional and received his juris doctor from the Cleveland State University College of Law
